Respond

The Respond™ application provides a simple but robust mechanism for cultivating conversations with consumers via email. When consumers engage with the brand via the context of a campaign they expect the conversation to be reciprocated. The Respond application is designed to allow the brand to configure and automate “branded” outbound emails based on a set of configurable business rules. For example, when a consumer submits content to a particular campaign, such as a promotional contest, the consumer wants confirmation their clip was successfully received and if not, why. Through the Respond application this can easily be configured. The Respond application is provided as a white label service.
